When I placed my order I was excited to receive my new embosser. However, when it arrived it was not assembled and came in two parts. There was also an error in the spelling of my business' s name . I also never received any updates regarding the shipping for almost two weeks until I contacted customer service myself. I have to contact them again to have the spelling error corrected. They did send the correction a lot sooner than the original order, but I might not order from them again.
