Loved the quality that came in, my logo has teeny details and they all show up cleanly every time. im about to order this again in a different size. highly recommend
It was quick and easy, and by looking at the stamp I would be happy. However, when I tried to actually use it to stamp, it barely shows up. It seems as though the lines are too shallow and it won't print much. I have tried 2 different brand new ink pads and various papers to stamp on.
Needing a stamp to impress on fabric that would be washed repeatedly, I called and spoke with a lovely representative who informed me what she recommended for my stamp use and asked that I email my needs to their customer service for an order to be set up for me, since what I needed was not on the website. Unfortunately the good experience turned south from there. I very specifically messaged my needs and I was sent an invoice with what I thought were the items specifically designed for the job. When I received my order, the stamp looked great, but the ink sold to me stated on the back, "not for use on fabric"...which is why I called for their expertise in the first place! I was told I had to pay to ship it back, and I would receive a refund once they got it. Still waiting... Knowing I was on a time schedule, and still needing for the correct ink, I was also told that they would put in the order within 2-3 days, and I would receive an email to pay for the new order, since it would cost more. This never happened. So today I called again and spoke with a new representative. She quickly put together what she thought was what I needed, and I asked her to invoice me via email. When I received it, the correct ink was not listed, the pad suggested was very expensive, and it also contained the wrong ink for my job. As a work from home Mom of three running her own company, my time is precious. Needless to say, I called Aeromark.net, and they kindly and efficiently took the order for exactly what I needed and $20 cheaper, too, even with the shipping cost! Pending I'm happy with what I receive, they will be getting my business from now on, and I will be sure NOT to recommend RubberStamps. I'm just hoping I eventually get my refund from the ink they wrongly sold me that I had pay to return. I would have given only 1 star, but the woman I spoke with initially was knowledgeable and kind to deal with.
What I loved about RubberStamps is that my business logo came out perfectly and ordering was extremely easy. I really enjoyed working with RubberStamps.
Yes, this stamp allowed me to get a good amount of info in a very small space, perfect for my purpose. Highly recommend, they do an excellent job for a reasonable price and quick service!

Most orders ship within 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Large volume orders and embossing seals may take an extra day. Due to extremely high order volume in the month of December, orders during this month may take additional days to process. Special order items such as Custom Band Stamps may take an extra 2 business days. CA & OR Notary Stamp orders ship after we receive your original "Certificate of Authorization to Obtain or Manufacture a Seal".
All orders ship from Wisconsin via the shipping method you choose at checkout. Our default shipping method is First Class Mail. If you need your order fast, please choose an expedited shipping method

Orders placed with the Standard Shipping option ship via USPS first class mail and should arrive 2-5 business days after we ship.
UPS/FedEx Ground, UPS/FedEx 3 Day Select, UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air, and UPS/FedEx Next Day Air. Expedited shipping incurs an additional cost.
- Ground: Orders should arrive 2-4 business days after we ship.
