S Rectangle Engraved Stamp

We looked at your order and show that both stamps were a single line at Letter Gothic Std 9. It appears that the stamp in the wrong size has already been replaced for you. As to the left justified, that is only possible when there is more than a single line of text. When it is justified, it would be on the other lines on the stamp not on the actual mount. Die plates are centered onto the mount so that they stamp evenly when used otherwise it can appear uneven.

You had indicated that the “stamp part” was bent during shipping, were you referring to the die plate itself or the mount of the stamp? As the stamp is so small, if it is mounted in the center a simple stamp should be fine. But you had indicated that the “stamping part” flops on its side. If you had removed the die plate off the mount base to move to one side this would not fall under our manufacturing so we wanted to be sure exactly what is happening to prevent any issues on other orders. Please let know so we can improve our manufacturing process.
