"Unfortunately there is inconsistent quality. One of the order was made twice and both times with multiple missing details so it need to be remade again. Another order was absolutely perfect. I believe problem is related to weak quality control. For customers it create problems with long delays waiting for proper manufacturing result."

"I think this product is fine. The height could be better to make the stamp stronger. My disappointment is with the company. I just purchased this die to make my own custom dies but apparently my art was defective. I am not a graphic designer. In the past, I reached out to ask for feedback to see if my artwork would create a flawless stamp. They now seem unwilling to do that. I think they could easily determine if artwork is deficient when uploading it during the ordering process. RubberStamps.com is the only reasonably priced company I have found for making my custom stamps. I'm not sure I will ever use them again. If someone from the company reads this and wants to retain my business, please reach out. I have an account with you."
