"My original stamp had flaws. I emailed and asked for corrections to be made. I described exactly what the errors were (mostly incompletely printed lettering). A replacement was sent out immediately. I was happy about that. However, the replacement is identical to the original. All the exact same flaws still exist. I won't be using this company again."

"Terrible quality. The preview while making your custom stamp is nowhere CLOSE to the finished product. It looks like my stamp was created using single pixels. The font is jagged and hardly readable. While I did get prompt enough response from customer service, they were only able to offer me a 50% discount code to repurchase a replacement. Which if the quality is terrible, why would I take that offer? At least offer 50% of my money back. Wouldn't recommend."
