"No; I went out of my way to purchase from this company but probably won't do so again. The first ink pad I was sent was crumbling and had no ink at all. Should've have been caught by whoever packed the order. Wrote them and they kindly sent a replacement which doesn't stamp gold at all; instead it's grey."

Smears on my products
"Unfortunately, neither this ink, nor the stamps I ordered, work for me. The stamp print is too small to be easily read and the ink smears on my products. I purchased these stamps and ink pads to stamp the back of wood signs/products that I make. Even after hours of dry time, they still smear, so they are useless for me. I contacted Customer Service but their response was that they don't offer refunds or exchanges, so they can't do anything about it, but they'll give me a discount if I order something else and spend some more money?! No thank you. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money."

Awful Product
"If I could give 0 stars I would. My custom stamp was amazing. My ink pads and their customer service were both horrible. $3 ink pads to come completely dried out and unusable. When I sent pictures, provided an order number and a receipt they said if I wanted a refund I would have to send them, which is fine, but they do not pay for postage or give you a return label. I will not be ordering from this site again, which is a shame, because the stamp was great. Learn some customer service and quit ripping people off."
