I was really excited to

"I was really excited to get this stamp for my business but unfortunately it doesn't work for us. I ordered the ink with the stamp and even went to the store to try a different brand of ink. The stamp doesn't go on evenly so it looks unprofessional. I had a number of other people try it thinking it was operator error but it turned out the same for everyone. I really wanted to use the stamp for my sleeves and possibly some other items but unfortunately it will probably only be used for a kids hand stamp or something now."

Stamp came incomplete, not all

"Stamp came incomplete, not all the words were on it. It appears what I ordered wouldn’t have fit, but no one contacted me to make corrections. I emailed customer service the day I received it but haven’t heard back from anyone."

Wrote my specs, even had

"Wrote my specs, even had a chat to make sure instructions were clear, ordered. I waited over a week for the order and stamp came out wrong. I needed it the weekend it came. The stamp did not stamp clearly, and i wasn't able to use it. I sent a complaint they acknowledged the mistake, first offered 50% off and i said i didnt feel i shld pay because i made sure i wrote instructions and spoke/chatted with someone from their team. So they offered to do it for free only if i send a clearer image. I needed the stamp that weekend, so reordering will really not make a difference. I was not refunded nor was able to the stamp"

"I didn’t get a round self inking stamp like I ordered. The stamps I did get are poorly made self inking and are smudgy when stamping. One stamp has poor letting and doesn’t look like the letter it’s supposed to be. So disappointed"

The stamp does not perform

"The stamp does not perform as intended. The wording is faded-faint. When re-inking to get a better stamp, smearing is present. The solution offered was to re-order with adjustments at 50% discount, which does not seem to be a good fix for this particular image & wording combination. Preferably, I would rather have this discount applied to entirely different product."
