Q: What are the image or artwork guidelines for uploading an image?
A: For best results, upload a black-and-white image in PNG or JPG format. Also, make sure your artwork is high-resolution at 300 DPI or higher.
Q: What type of artwork is NOT accepted?
A: Images and graphics that are full color, will be converted to black and white. Greyscale, gradients, and transparencies are NOT accepted. Low-resolution images will also not be produced.Â
In addition, we retain the right to refuse any artwork that is deemed inappropriate.
Q: Will Rubberstamps.com adjust, re-size, or alter my design in any way once my stamp is ordered?
A: No. Your image or design will be produced EXACTLY as submitted in the stamp customizer. Please be sure the sizing and image upload appears exactly as you intend it to look. Once more, we WILL NOT adjust, re-size, or alter any design once the order is placed.

"The stamp does not perform as intended. The wording is faded-faint. When re-inking to get a better stamp, smearing is present. The solution offered was to re-order with adjustments at 50% discount, which does not seem to be a good fix for this particular image & wording combination. Preferably, I would rather have this discount applied to entirely different product."
