Round Stamp Not Round
"Round PE stamp isn't round. The hard plastic frame was t lunch it was carved by a knife and isn't found, so the rubber stamp that fitted into the frame isn't round. It produced an oblong image which looks terrible on original documents to which I affix my engineering stamp."
