"Was trying to make stamps for the 3/4" x 2" size, but the window for the images corresponded to 1/2" x 2". So the stamps I had carefully drawn to the specific dimensions came out undersized, and when I reached out to customer services they offered zero assistance. Will not use again. ."

"It was created correctly and the stamp appears to be of good quality. That is to say that it was made as the image that I sent over depicted; however, it is too bulky and I'm unable to use it. "In order to get the entire design to show on paper, I need to press hard but that causes edges and corners outside the design to transfer to the paper. I had to trim the design with an exacto knife to fix it. The design should be deeper and better trimmed."
