Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We are proud to warranty our products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In addition, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our Pre-Inked and Xstamper products. If for any reason we make an error on your order, or the product does not function according to it's specifications, we will replace it free of charge.

We cannot honor warranty claims for any defects or damage caused by re-inking our stamps with the incorrect ink or with ink purchased from another company, or if using our stamps on chemically treated paper.

We cannot be held responsible for any mistake a customer makes when entering an order and we will not replace these orders at no charge.

In addition, we manufacture a custom product which cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer simply doesn't like the product. Stock items will be accepted for a return only with prior authorization from RubberStamps.com. A 25% restocking fee may apply.

To meet our fast turnaround times, orders are entered into production almost immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if you realize you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order, we cannot do so unless we receive notice within 1 hour of your order being placed. You will be charged the full amount of the order for any order cancelled after this time.

Shipping Policy

Order Turnaround Time

Most orders ship within 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Large volume orders and embossing seals may take an extra day. Special order items such as Custom Band Stamps may take an extra 2 business days. CA & OR Notary Stamp orders ship after we receive your original "Certificate of Authorization to Obtain or Manufacture a Seal".

Delivery Time

All orders ship from Wisconsin via the shipping method you choose at checkout. Our default shipping method is First Class Mail. If you need your order fast, please choose an expedited shipping method

Standard Shipping (First Class Mail)

Orders placed with the Standard Shipping option ship via USPS first class mail and should arrive 2-5 business days after we ship.

Expedited Shipping

UPS/FedEx Ground, UPS/FedEx 3 Day Select, UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air, and UPS/FedEx Next Day Air. Expedited shipping incurs an addional cost.

• Ground: Orders should arrive 2-4 business days after we ship.
• 2nd Day: Orders arrive 2 business days after we ship.
• Next Day Air: Orders arrive 1 business day after we ship.

International Shipping

We normally only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. Contact us to discuss international orders. Standard UPS Shipping to Canada is available starting at around $14.95, other International Shipping is available starting at $35.

Other Notes

The delivery times quoted above do not include production turnaround time. Please allow an additional 2 business days for the production of your order.

If for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted or the item you ordered is on backorder, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Orders with custom art that does not meet our specifications may be delayed.

We reserve the right to request additional shipping charges on international orders, and orders with large quantities. We will contact you if the shipping charges calulated by the website are not adequate to cover our shipping costs.
