A: For best results, upload a black-and-white image in PNG or JPG format. Also, make sure your artwork is high-resolution at 300 DPI or higher.
Q: What type of artwork is NOT accepted?
A: Images and graphics that are full color, will be converted to black and white. Greyscale, gradients, and transparencies are NOT accepted. Low-resolution images will also not be produced.
In addition, we retain the right to refuse any artwork that is deemed inappropriate.
Q: Will Rubberstamps.com adjust, re-size, or alter my design in any way once my stamp is ordered?
A: No. Your image or design will be produced EXACTLY as submitted in the stamp customizer. Please be sure the sizing and image upload appears exactly as you intend it to look. Once more, we WILL NOT adjust, re-size, or alter any design once the order is placed.

"Size and image and requested. One was mounted sideways on the block and had so much chatter on the edge that I had to use scissors to cut it off. The other stamp, again, the chatter on the top is not being trimmed off properly before being mounted on the block. There is no way to not ink this, other than blocking it every single time. I choose to remove the stamp from the block and manually cut the chatter away. This seems like a simple fix on your end."
