"I love it! But when I was refiguring something on the design I forgot to change the size back to the larger size I actually needed, so the font is a little too hard to read unfortunately. But, still 5 stars because that wasn’t the company’s fault. Happy with how it came out."
The price was great but
"The price was great but man there is barely any embossment or whatever you call it on your stamps . . i mean almost none. I compared it to a stamp from a diff company and Its very obvious. I have to press really hard to get a full print but it’s picking up cut off lines of the rubber."
This was great! It shipped
"This was great! It shipped super fast and I'm really happy with the stamp, the image looks really good. I knew going into it I'd lose a little bit of resolution because my original image was so detailed, but in the end it looks REALLY nice. I also got one of the archival ink pads (plum) which works great - the pad is raised so I can use it with this bigger stamp, just have to ink it in a few sections. Overall - great experience and vote of confidence! My first time ordering here and I definitely would again."
I needed the stamp for
"I needed the stamp for a project due in two weeks. I was told the stamp would arrive by Monday of the following week. Excellent, that would give me a week to complete the stamping and assembly of 150 paper fans. I watched my order through the “shop” tracking app, and waited to pounce on its arrival. The app declared it delivered, but the stamp was not at my house. I looked everywhere. I checked my neighbor’s houses. Nothing. It had been delivered to the wrong place. I wrote to the company and said that they needed to locate the stamp or replace it immediately. I wrote to the “shop” app, and told them to locate the package. Shop denied ever having the package. Tuesday morning, rubberstamps. com said they had made the stamp and it was awaiting pick-up. Shop did not pick up the stamp that day, so I was really stressing. I wrote to rubberstamps. com and told them they would have to mail the stamp overnight for it to be of use to me. They did not reply. The Shop app showed that the stamp was picked up sometime on Wednesday, and the expected delivery time would be "by 9PM on Friday Night. ” Even if I could get all 150 fans stamped and assembled on Friday night after I got home from work, there was no guarantee that the stamp would arrive anymore than it had the first time I was told it had been delivered. I located a printer and spent an hour running the paper fans through a printer on Wednesday, which gave me Thursday and Friday to complete the assembly. By the time the stamp arrived at my door, it was not needed. Does it work well? I have no idea. The people at rubberstamps. com were communicative and helpful until I requested the overnight shipping to get the stamp to me in time to be useful. The Shop app takes no accountability for the lost package. This is a long, boring play-by-play of a very stressful week. If you need a rubber stamp, be sure that you order it well in advance. Maybe assume that the projected time of delivery will be doubled, because it might get lost and need to be made again."
"Bery disappointed 2nd try and the stamp was badly cut so it doesn’t stamp correctly. The edges are ruff and not a thick layer for hand stamping. I can’t recommend this company."
