Q: What are the image or artwork guidelines for uploading an image?
A: For best results, upload a black-and-white image in PNG or JPG format. Also, make sure your artwork is high-resolution at 300 DPI or higher.
Q: What type of artwork is NOT accepted?
A: Images and graphics that are full color, will be converted to black and white. Greyscale, gradients, and transparencies are NOT accepted. Low-resolution images will also not be produced.
In addition, we retain the right to refuse any artwork that is deemed inappropriate.
Q: Will Rubberstamps.com adjust, re-size, or alter my design in any way once my stamp is ordered?
A: No. Your image or design will be produced EXACTLY as submitted in the stamp customizer. Please be sure the sizing and image upload appears exactly as you intend it to look. Once more, we WILL NOT adjust, re-size, or alter any design once the order is placed.

"I love it! But when I was refiguring something on the design I forgot to change the size back to the larger size I actually needed, so the font is a little too hard to read unfortunately. But, still 5 stars because that wasn’t the company’s fault. Happy with how it came out."

I knew going into it I'd lose a little bit of resolution because my original image was so detailed, but in the end it looks REALLY nice. I also got one of the archival ink pads (plum) which works great - the pad is raised so I can use it with this bigger stamp, just have to ink it in a few sections. "Unfortunately I have to do two stars because the quality is a little low for the price. the lion kings crown is very shallow or not made very well and doesn't press correctly. The second thing the buffer around the lion sometimes shows on the paper. They needed to make image a bit more free , so when you press it in nothing else shows."

"I'm sure because this was all the detail in my image. But there's a lot of shallowness to the stamp itself and the foam behind it isn't always aligned. So when making this stamp you have to press hard to get it to work. And if you don't, it hardly sticks at all. I had to cut a piece of filler for my stamp myself to get it to stamp correctly. Not the best quality unfortunately."
