3 Snow Inspired Cards That Will Leave You Feeling Merry

The holiday season is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than by creating your own unique cards using clear stamps? Stamping is a fun and easy craft that allows you to unleash your creativity and personalize your holiday greetings for friends and family. This tutorial will explore three beautiful holiday card designs you can make using clear stamps. Let's get started!

1. Bob Ross - Snow Inspired Critters Card

Are you looking for a creative way to send warm wishes this holiday season? Why not try making a forest animal-themed Christmas greeting card with clear stamp sets? Inspired by the legendary Bob Ross, this project is sure to bring joy to both the creator and the recipient. With clear stamps, you'll be able to easily create beautiful and detailed images of your favorite woodland creatures, from deer to raccoons and foxes.

If you have a Cricut machine, you can use the Bob Ross Happy Little Critters - Cricut files to make die cuts for your stamped images. If you don't have a Cricut machine, place white card stock onto a craft mat and stamp all the designs you want to use on the sheet.

Once your woodland critters are stamped, color them in with some grey, brown, and orange. Then, add some festive decorations like scarves cut out of rectangular pieces of red paper and glue them onto your animals as desired. Feel free to add holly berries or a Santa hat too! You'll have a unique and heartwarming card that your loved ones will cherish.

2. Snow Globe Shaker Card

Are you ready to add some extra sparkle to your holiday season? Look no further than a DIY snow globe shaker card! With a little bit of creativity and some clear stamps, you can create a one-of-a-kind card that's sure to spread some holiday cheer.

First, start by gathering your supplies and the "Let It Snow" Clear Stamp Set. Using ink and a bledning tool you will bring the globe to life. Then, fill your snow globe with glitter or confetti and seal it up with some transparent acetate. Finally, attach your snow globe to your card and shake it up to watch the magic happen! Don't forget to add a greeting with a heartfelt message.

Not only is this snow globe shaker card a fun and unique way to send some holiday greetings, but it's also a fun activity to do with your loved ones. So why not give it a try and see how creative you can get?

3. Paper Layered Ice Skating Card

Looking for a fun craft to do with family or friends, consider making a tri-folded greeting card with ice skating animals! With just a few simple steps, you can create a festive and adorable card that is perfect for the winter season. All you need are some clear stamps featuring ice skating animals (like a moose or polar bear), cardstock paper, and some scissors.

If you have a Cricut Machine, use the Stay Frosty die-cut files. If you don't have a Cricut Machine, you can simply start stamping your images onto a piece of cardstock paper.

Once your images are stamped out, color them in with markers or colored pencils. Then, cut out the animals (if you used a Cricut machine, skip this step) and fold the cardstock paper into thirds to make the tri-folded card. Glue the animals onto the front of the card and add any extra embellishments or decorations you like.

If you want to add a 3D effect your your card, so that some elements are raised on the face of the card, simply use adhesive styrofoam dots. Place them on the back of the element you want to be raised, and place them into your card for a 3-dimensional effect, just like a pro!
