How to Make a Signature Stamp

A signature stamp is a great tool to have around the office or at home to make busy paperwork just a little bit easier. With a slight push of the stamp mount, you'll have a perfect impression of your John Hancock for legal documents, letters, checks and more.

There are two ways to create a signature stamp through RubberStamps.com:

1. Write your signature on a piece of blank white paper using a black pen or marker.
2. Scan the paper, or take a picture directly above your signature, and save the file.
3. Go to RubberStamps.com, and click on the Signature Stamps category.
4. Select your desired stamp size and mount. Self-inking mounts are great for rapid, repetitive stamping, while pre-inked offer crisp, quality impressions.
5. Click the "Personalize" button.
6. Add the file of your signature by clicking "Add New Graphic." With the computer icon selected, click browse and find the file of your signature image.
7. You can adjust the corners of your signature upload to change the size and move it around. You can also crop it, or change the threshold to fine-tune the details. Watch tutorials of all of RubberStamps.com's customization tools here.
8. Go to the palette icon to choose your ink color.
9. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.
